I know this is a day late, but…
- Weight: 70.8kg (loss of 800g, woo hoo!)
- Boobs: 94.5cm / 37.25″ (loss of 0.5cm)
- Waist: 80cm / 31.5″ (loss of 3cm… really? Cool!)
- Belly at fattest point: 97cm / 38.25″ (loss of 2cm… yaaay!)
- Hips: 99cm / 39″ (loss of 1cm)
- BMI: 23.4
To be honest, I suspect the loss of weight around my middle has more to do with less bloating (because of cutting out alcohol) more than actual weight loss, but hey, I’ll take it!
I’m approaching this holistically – i.e. I want to be healthier, more well, happier rather than just thinner – but I can’t deny that watching the numbers go down, even by a little bit, is exciting!
