New routine

I’m going to try and get back into a daily routine to help kick me out of this funk.

Morning:

Must be out of bed by 8am! I currently wake up at about 8am but snooze until 10am or later – a nice luxury, yes, but not a good way to start the day!

Lemon in hot water

Yoga for 30 mins

Breakfast (need to stop skipping it!)

Housework

11am – 1pm: 

Must study!!! This session will be for Microbiology

Around 1pm:

Lunch (need to get back into the routine of eating at the same time each day)

3 – 5pm:

Study – this time Establish a Practice

Around 5pm:

Walk Griffin, blog update, free time

Around 7pm:

Dinner

Around 11pm:

Bed, if not earlier

I will also keep applying for jobs later at night, and in unscheduled times…
